After initial visit the office made my next appt to review my test results. I waited 2 months for that appt. I arrived with the completed hormone tests and blood tests and expected to have Laurie Love ec plain my results and recommend treatment. It was at this appointment they then told me I actually needed two appts, one to go over my hormone results and another to go over my blood tests. They said they could only review the results of one test at one appointment.I had already waited two months!!! Why didn't they inform me initially that they wanted two appointments, one to read hormone and another to read blood test results??I was then asked to wait another 8 weeks to go over the blood tests.This is not logical.When I questioned this the office manager was not nice, she was curt and formal, repetitive and impersonal. I would have been happy to make two appointments initially IF they had explained this.I don't like when someone says one thing and does another. No trust.
