Communication was very difficult. Lacks care and professionalism that impacted a young adult to be forced to live in a residential home in which the owner has a drug felony charge in Wisconsin. Encouraged and supervised her employee to advocate for this inappropriate residential placement. After the ward was living there, against the guardians wishes, the ward experienced a gross lack of staff coverage that left the resident with no supervision. The ward was often kicked out for hours at a time when the home was not staffed. Holding social work values and listening to the concerns of guardians and families would be best practice, which I feel she did not follow.
