Lauren comes across as inexperienced and aloof. Not the person you should see if you want a kind and empathetic mental health care provider vs a judgmental one.

Lauren will not really listen to you. She just wants to make judgmental comments and offer prescriptions for antidepressants (even if your problem isn’t depression). She gives mixed messages. I saw her once and will never go back. She has no bedside manner. She is not warm or gentle. She doesn’t want to help. She wants to take the easy way out. Don’t waste your time. My experience with her made my situation worse, not better. It was actually quite reckless for her to say some of the things she said to me. If your mental state is fragile do not risk her making it worse.
