Horrible bedside manner. The passive aggressive attitude is palpable. I get healthcare these days doesn't allow for adequate patient intakes and everyone is experiencing burnout. Derma especially is there to treat your derma symptom at present, get you in and out in 15 min, and on to the next. Nonetheless, when a patient comes to you for help, the least you can do for a relatively short period of time, as a professional and an empathic human being is to listen to them, believe them, be kind, and not make them feel like you're burdening them with your skin issue(s). To be honest, every visit, despite the negative experiences, I felt the need to be EXTRA nice because I was desperate for relief. However, after hearing another patient speaking very calmly with the front desk about how disrespectful and demeaning LV was to her and the front desk said something to the effect of, Yeah, she can be really mean sometimes. You're not the first. That's what triggered me to find help elsewhere.
