More accurate and proactive info online.
She was pleasant, but seemed to lack expertise in the area I was being seen and actually repeatedly incorrectly said that treatments were used for stretching rather than accurately stating they were used for strengthening. She did not provide any information on home care or whether I should exercise or rest and repair She was not proactive and only offered care that I suggested rather than making professional recommendations. It was a pleasant experience, but not very informative or helpful considering this is a long term problem and I was expressing my commitment to treatment, repairing this issue and moving forward with health and the ability to get back to an active life.

She told me the shoulder bone was still thin but she could order equipment that over time with use would thicken the bone and maybe make it sturdier. So she was going to see about the order so I could start using it. Happy about that.

I have the up most respect and love for Ms. Vessley . She is very professional sympathetic and courteous. She is very thorough when explaining my care and very precise in which direction we need to continue to make my care as comfortable as possible.

PA VESSELY IS THE BEST!!! So love everything about her. A gifted, well-informed, caring, considerate, smart, professional, caring personality, trust-worthy, etc. Am totally disappointed to tears that she will be leaving me/us in August. You have no idea my grief!!
