If you're looking for a dietician who really knows their stuff, she is the one. Lauren is absolutely wonderful. She is SO informative, and really listens. She focused on my PCOS and general body inflammation, and I am feeling so much better in general and finally loosing weight. I also have far less body aches, and even my chronic migraines are so much better. I recommend her to everyone now.

Recovering from bilateral Masectomy due to breast cancer and struggling with my endocrine therapy, and Lauren was great!!!! She answered all of my questions, made realistic suggestions in diet modifications and didn’t judge me. You wake up one day with cancer and all of sudden your life and habits are under scruntiny by all of those with cancer knowledge — Lauren is one of the gentle caregivers that makes improving your lifestyle easy.
