one of the worst
Saw her for chronic migraine. I've had horrible migraines my whole life and I have tried just about every OTC and prescription medication for my condition. After I told her all of this she just replied with 'have you tried “insert OTC NSAID”?' She then refused to prescribe me any of my acute medications despite documenting 'continue medications as prescribed' in her note. These meds were previously prescribed by her attending MD.
