I saw Lauren for over 2 years and made more progress with her by far, than with any of my other countless therapists. I have ASD and needed someone who could provide feedback, not just a listening ear. She gave me the resources and tools that I will use for the rest of my life. EMDR successfully ended my lifelong plague of nightmares. I highly recommend Lauren to anyone wanting gentle honesty and real progress.
