Horrible Horrible
She was horrible. She was mean, cruel and a inefficient person who only wanted to talk about my morbid obesity. She also Ignored everything on my X-ray and just said I had minor arthritis. I may be morbidly obese but I'm not stupid and I can read. Do not go to this lady. If she was the last doctor on earth still don't go to her.

Cancel your appointment with Lauren Phillips, PA. My mom has complained about her for a while. I just recently went with her to the appointment. Lauren was talking to my mom, I then asked my mom did you hear what she said. My mother shook her head NO. Lauren then asked my mother "why are you here then if you can't participate in your appointment." How rude, disrespectful! I then told her thats why I was there. Lauren immediately rushed the appointment and didn't even cover the reason why my mother was there to begin with. This woman needs to be FIRED. I've had bad Doctors, but this one has got to be the bottom of the barrel worst!

If you are scheduled for an appointment with Lauren Phillips, please cancel your appointment and request a different provider. She’s extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She rushed through our entire appointment and did not take any of my respiratory concerns seriously.

Unprofessional
This lady is not professional, I had the unfortunate experience of having 2 medical appointments with Lauren Phillips, PA-C, At all times she is rushing the first one a physical exam and for being a physical appointment according to her, I could not talk about the pains that I had at that moment, so she asked me for another appointment. I made a new appointment with another doctor and at the last minute they reassigned me with Lauren Phillips, PA-C again. Customer service delayed me when I got to her office she told me, you have an emergency appointment of 15 minutes and you are 8 minutes late so you have 7 minutes to talk about your health problem or ask for another appointment. Her bad attitude and her self-centeredness added to her little experience, leaves very little to be desired from her, just being away from a person like Lauren Phillips, PA-C.

She should not be in the practice of healthcare. Had my first and last appointment today. All she cared about was filling out my chart, and I answered the same questions I had already answered in the paperwork. She got all my answers and then told me she would be right back and I sat and waited. She slipped some papers in the door and another employee came in to see if I was all set. I said, "Oh, is my appointment over because she said she would be right back and I still have things to discuss." This woman was confused and told me my appointment was over. I was absolutely astonished because not once did Lauren Phillips ask if I had any concerns regarding my health or if there was anything I wanted to discuss. This is not my first bad experience with Trinity Health of New England and highly recommend to anyone looking for medical care avoid them at all costs because it seems many of their employees just don't care and that should be their top priority in healthcare.

I had respiratory symptoms for months. Neglected to listen to lung sounds during exam, questioned “my training” as a HCP, and misdiagnosed a pneumonia as asthma. She is a risk to the office and every patient she treats. Not enough physician supervision.

If you read any part of this review, read this: do not trust this doctor with your health. I am a previously healthy women, no medical issues, and also a Registered Nurse. As an RN, I knew something was seriously wrong with me in early March (wheezing cough with no history of asthma) and this provider and her team took weeks to respond back to my messages and get me a Telehealth appointment with this provider. During the visit, she not only questioned my "training" as an RN, but also dismissed my symptoms as allergies...even after I had told her I required albuterol at an Urgent Care the night before the Telehealth visit. Weeks went by after this Telehealth visit, with the same symptoms, and after requesting a visit with a different provider, lo-and-behold I was diagnosed with pneumonia. This provider is dismissive, condescending and down-right dangerous. Run, do not walk, in the opposite direction of her.
