Excellent
She is always attentive and takes time with me when I come in to see her. That is hard to find in a nurse practitioner or doctor these days. I have a hard time trusting medical personnel. But I trust her. It took me a long time to find a PCP I liked and trusted.

I love Lauren so much! She actively listens, she attacks your issue head on...she follows up. If the issue hasn't been fixed, she charges in a different direction until she figures out a fix. She is not hesitant at all to send you to a specialist, which I find as a breath of fresh air.

I was frustrated with my GP of MANY, MANY years (he refused to refer me to a specialist) and so I scheduled an appointment with Lauren. She took the time to REALLY listen to me and was open to the possibilities of my issues. It took one visit for her to figure out I have a mixed connective tissue disorder (Lupus). My previous doctor had never even considered that. She has been my family's "doctor" ever since then. I can't say enough good things about Lauren and her nurse, LesLea.
