Extremely unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. When I had told her concerns about my grandmother la cough when she was gagging (88 years old) she said things like “well if she was truly sick she wouldn’t have went out for a smoke” and “it’s just a cough”. No sympathy at all, I can go on but I’ll leave it at that.
