Very pleased!
Mrs. Kirby is the best! Her office staff was very friendly and accommodating and got me in quickly. I hardly had to wait! I felt the medical team were all nice and professional. Mrs. Kirby was very patient, attentive, and thorough. She prepared me for the process of lab work and potential financial expenses. Most of all Mrs. Kirby was compassionate and has the best bedside manner! I am so thankful to have found a wonderful practitioner for my health needs! Thank you!

Unless you have the first appointment in the morning, you are going to wait, They start at 9:00 AM and are an hour behind by 10:00. My insurance requires that I use a specific lab service so she lied and told me they could draw blood and send it to my lab. The staff argued that they did not accept my lab because they do not send results yet I get them in a week. This office is antique as they stick you in an old x-ray room to take vitals then place you back in waiting. A joke!

While awaiting for my appointment for ms Medford I could overhear the staff rudely discussing other patients in the hallways...laughing and seemingly insulting a previous patient..when ms Medford arrived after I waited for over 30 minutes...she abruptly disregarded my concerns, and didn't seem to be well educated on some alternative medications..so overall I will not be using this practioner again.

I felt that my interaction with miss Medford could have been more pleanr. Upon arriving on time for my appointment, miss Medford did not respect or value my time as I did hers. I arrive to my appointment on time but I was not seen until almost an hour later..unforeseen circumstances may have applied but she did not apologize for the delay nor was she thorough.. I feel my $100 appointment was rushed and unprofessional..
