Worst Specialist Experience I have Ever Had
I have managed an autoimmune for almost 10 year now. I have never had a PA disappoint me so much. I scheduled an appointment to tell her I discontinued a medicine because I could not adhere to the administration style. Then, she prescribed a medication with an identical administration style. (After I paid a copay of $160 for her to not listen to me.) A few months later in a flare, I message her to tell her my medical card is missing in the mail and I need help managing symptoms while I wait for my card. Instead of helping, she said I should do more labs (which were just completed 2 months ago) or go to the hospital if I am having symptoms.
