Lauren Gallian, FNP

I have seen her multiple times, she always has taken the time to listen and explain things thoroughly when I have questions. If I have doubts about something she works with me to ensure I am properly cared for. I have never had someone listen as well as she does.

Never have to wait and she is excellent with communicating. Have used her as my PCP for several years now.

Lauren is a fantastic doctor. She is extremely thorough in her evaluations and does so in a very caring matter. Her staff is great and I feel very comfortable with her assessments of my overall health. I’m glad she is in the Hardin Valley community and look forward to seeing her every year.

Two words. Absolutely amazing. I have never had a doctor that took the time to get to know me personally, care about what I say or take what I am feeling seriously. I have never met another person like her. I am a health care professional and have encountered a lot of doctors and NPs and she is by far the best. She is up front and honest and I feel like as a doctor/NP you have to be. She was and is an absolute blessing to my health. I will never go to anyone else. (And I'm very picky ??)

Lauren, was a blessing after bouncing through a few different PCP's here in Knoxville. She takes the time to get to know you and sincerely wants to help. I would definitely recommend her and appreciate her.

Lauren was soo kind and professional. She took the time to get to know me medically and as well as a person.

Lauren is terrible. I went in for my very first appointment with her to get established as a patient and she didn’t even touch me just had a casual 5 minute conversation like two ladies having a drink. Then proceeded to bill my insurance for an office visit which cost me $150. I wasn’t convinced she was terrible yet, so I saw her again. She doesn’t return phone calls because she’s “too busy.” And the worst of it was she had a full in yelling match with me in the phone. Unreal!

I went to Lauren because I knew she would not let me do my usual sh!t. She is vey bright, very caring, and very straightforward. If you want someone who will just do whatever it takes to get you out the door, you have the wrong person. Lauren will figure out what is wrong or will get you in touch with people who will figure it out. Anybody would be fortunate to have her as a PCP. I drive over an hour, past at least a dozen other offices to get there.

I love this group. I've struggled for years to find a primary doctor that would treat me like a person instead of a chart number. I see Lauren Gallian and she is so very down to earth and real. She won't BS you and takes the time to sit down and talk about all your issues, priorities, and understand your challenges as well. The staff is also phenomenal. I've never had a bad experience with Lauren and have referred my entire family to the practice. Highly recommended!

Lauren spent at least 30 minutes with me my first visit getting to know me and then discussing the reason for my visit. The next visit she was very efficient, getting me in and out because that is what I wanted! She is a great resource for me and I have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful.

Lauren is the worst provider I have ever seen. Her ego is way too high, and she likes to be extremely rude to people who are involved in their healthcare and don’t take her word on everything. She likes to swear (I have this recorded, so there can be no denying her language/rudeness) and raise her voice. Her bedside manner is atrocious, she takes no time with you, she makes no effort to get to know you, she gets refills wrong, prescribes incorrect meds, etc.

I came to Lauren after a beyond poor experience by another provider and she was completely lovely. I felt like I was heard and not just a number to her. Everyone from the receptionist to the person who drew my blood was so kind. A+

This NP does not like to talk to patients, She gives you less than three minutes of her time. My appointment is at 11 and I’m out by 11:05. It seems normal for her to push endocrinologist on everyone! She’s supposed to be caring and she’s everything but. She needs to watch how she comes across and learn how to spend time with patients and actually get to know them. We’re nothing but a number. Her nurse isn’t much nicer. Great pair.

Lauren Gallian provided me with exceptional medical service. She is very knowledgeable and a professional in the medical field along with the rest of the staff at the Gallian Medical Group. I taught school in the Karns and Powell High Schools for 30 years and I would highly recommend her to all who read this satisfaction survey. She diagnosed my problem and provided me with the medication needed to treat my problem. She is definitely an asset to our community.

My family moved to Knoxville about a month ago. I found a pediatrician for my sons but was having a hard time getting a clinic to return my calls about becoming a new client. I decided to use Google and found the Gallian Medical Group. I walked in one morning after dropping my children off at school. I was able to immediately fill out new patient info and get a same day appointment. Had blood work done in office. Smoothest blood draw I've ever had! Staff was very pleasant to work with! Recommend

I agree with BH.My son also mis-diagnosed by Lauren and had similar experience with being dropped from her practice. And we did NOTHING WRONG. If you disagree with Ms Gallian she gets angry and takes it personally. And I have heard her use some cussing language with one of her nurses.I was dropped from practice because she kept diagnosing my son with allergies;I knew it was something more so I took him to another Dr who found that he had a parasitic lung infection! Lauren dropped us after this.
