Pleasant and efficient
I first met Lauren in the hospital. She checked me out and released me. Then I saw her in the office where she removed my catheter. She fully explained the process and within a couple of minutes it was out and I was on my way.

Follow up was made on Friday with no time for review if foley needed to go back in. A better solution would have been to schedule follow up for Wednesday or Thursday so that if problems arose, which they did, a solution could be found in the office instead of the ER. By the time I had urinary retention no meds were available and I had to go to ER in severe pain.
