I though Laurel was great

She listened. She was knowledgable and compassionate. I have cirrhosis and I don't need to be beat up. She was helpful, the last person was not.

Not a good listener
She didn't really ask me any questions about my experience managing my disease thus far, seemed excited to book me in for an expensive procedure as soon as possible, and left me hanging in the waiting room after not really listening to me at all. Very frustrating. Will not go back.
