Laura Wagner, ARNP

I was with Dr. Laura Wagner for several months. She was FINE while I was with her. When my billing became “too difficult” to work with, she did not give me a chance to pay back any remaining balance that I had with her, she just kicked me to the curb and told me I needed to find a new provider. My billing goes through my insurance and my Native American Tribe and she was not willing to work with my Native American Tribe.

Laura is amazing. Very compassionate and competent. She takes great care to be thorough. I couldn’t ask for a better healthcare practitioner.

She is really good at what she does. She is good at explaining all the medication options and has good suggestions. I feel great now.

She happily prescribed lithium with no information on side effects. It caused inverse psoriasis (a known side effect) causing itching over my entire body. I didn't know why, so treated it myself for a while, then saw a dermatologist who explained and treated me. I tried to get return to Ms. Wagner and her assistant informed me I was "noncompliant" and she didn't want to see me again--even after I explained the situation. TERRIBLE customer service and a dangerous way to deal with patients.

Laura is the best! Don't go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.

I would not recommend this careless practitioner who accused me of "angling" for medication. Another example of why it is difficult to reach out for help. It's humiliating. Makes me wonder why I'm delaying the inevitable.
