Laura is a thoughtful and active listener. I am always impressed by all the details she remembers about my life, even without prompt from my client file. She takes notes while I am talking and actively engages me with questions. I feel that she has a good sense of her position and a lot of knowledge in her field. She is also great at keeping time and allows a full 60 minutes, about 10-15 more minutes than therapists I have had in the past. She is also great at communicating about appointments or changes to schedules.
