Sexual assault on a minor
I became her patient after moving to the area. Went to her for constant fatigue, body weakness, constant Dizziness, etc and wanted several lab tests done. She agreed to the lab work, weeks went by and never got a call from her. Looked at my test results myself and found that I'm SEVERELY iron deficient. To the point I should be on infusions. Well then I needed to make an appointment for my 5 year old son who needed a referral for an ENT. Over the phone they said no problem. We come in and she proceeds to check his tonsils and said yep I'll give you a referral. THEN she decides to ask my son to lay down and watch his tablet to distract himself. She said she's just checking his stomach and pulse. But then she said "can I check to see if his balls have dropped?" I responded "His balls have been dropped, confirmed at every checkup he's had, seems kind of unnecessary concerning the reason we're actually here today. I was under the care of Laura 2 different timeframes with the same clinic. I have always been pleased with her care for me and her diagnosis of my needs. She has always been personable and a joy to be around.

I’ve had her for provider for a long time. In fact at more than one clinic. She has misdiagnosed me multiple times, disregarded lab work, imaging, tests. Leaving me with several untreated health issues. Does not listen, even rolled her eyes at me when I spoke out about a concern that went against her words. I am switching to a new provider.

I’ve never had a healthcare professional listen to me less or argue with how I feel more. I’ve seen her more than once, hoping maybe was just having a bad day, but apparently it is just her way. No empathy, and never believes I am sick, despite lab work confirming it. Hugely disappointing care.
