I can honestly say I'm not sure I would still be alive today if it wasn't for Laura's patience and compassion. She is an amazing person and just perfect as far as I'm concerned

She is hostile and nasty. She doesn’t care about a patients’ well being and will not return a phone call. If she is in the wrong, she won’t admit it and puts all the blame on the patient.
