Only one problem. Laura Sofield is the Nurse Practitioner of Dr. S. Patel. PROBLEM: If a patient is a resident of an Assisted Living or Memory care facility (where Dr. Sofield sees them), and the patient needs supplies (i.e. Ostomy supplies from a provider), when that provider calls Dr. Patel's office, they are told the resident is NOT A PATIENT OF DR. PATEL. It is impossible to get her contact info, and takes many people to connect her with provider! EVERY TIME!
