Received an email with apointment details. Showed up 30 mins prior as advised by operator. When i arrived they told me that I was late. I showed them the email and they did not apologize, the receptionist just ask me if I wanted to re-schedule.
She claimed that they called me to confirm, and I asked to check the number they had on file, the number was not even close to my numbers.
