Beware: Dr. Laura Ruaro likes to cancel last minute appointments and shift the blame on to her patients, due to her inability to learn and work her insurance software system. If you're her patient, she will google you and find out information about you , and then use it to shift blame on you as she sees fit. All the while, the real problem is that she cannot work her software systems properly and figure out how to get paid for her sessions. I think it is a shame that this mental health care professional does something like this, as this could easily lead someone to who is already deeply depressed into suicide. Just a heads up if you're considering her.
