My rating is ZERO. Cold, bitter, inconsiderate, zero empathy. No idea how she is still employed at this office. She is seriously the worst healthcare professional I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had FIVE heart surgeries and she is by far the WORST “nurse” I’ve ever encountered. GO BACK to decorating cakes, Laura. You’re miserable.

I would give no stars if able. She is the most nasty healthcare person I ever met. And she very clearly has no interest in her patients. Finally I had enough and left to another provider. I’m a nurse myself and I know the job can be tough but c’mon

I was having a recurrence(rebound) of hives after I had gone to After Care Hours the week before. I made an appointment with Laura Roque. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, just because I had a rough morning. She refused to see me and re-booked me for one hour later. I arrived for my 2nd appointment, scheduled for 10:15, at 10:08 and I was taken back one minute early at 10:14 am. I was done at 10:32 and in my car at 10:33. My appointment lasted 18 minutes. :o

As an ED RN, I am fully aware that things can happen and mistakes can be made. Last year my mother was told that a spot she on her breast was benign, Laura called while my mother was DRIVING and when she found out my mother thought it was benign she said “ITS NOT BENIGN, YOU HAVE CANCER!” Very rudely and aggressively. Great way to find out you have cancer, very professional Laura. Fast forward to this year - my father recently diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer came in for a painful wound that won’t heal. Laura is the only one available to see them (shock) she is rude, unprofessional and my mother left her office and completely broke down because of how unsupported and how alone she felt they were after seeing Laura. Laura, I will personally help you look into research NP positions to keep you from being in front of a patient and ruining their days and making them feel terrible ever again. You are a sad excuse for a provider and should reassess why you became a nurse.
