She Changed My Life
Background: In my mid 50s and have never spoken to a therapist. Experiencing anxiety and stress from work, friends, boundaries, etc. I had 46 sessions with Laura over 1.4 yrs. I left every single meeting I had with Laura with such insight and one huge “ah-ha”/takeaway to think about and/or ingrain in my day to day. I have grown a great deal since meeting with her, and I am noticeably thinking, reacting and feeling better because of her counseling. She’s an excellent listener and remembers what you said many sessions ago. She poses her ideas and thoughts very articulately, and will nicely challenge you if necessary. Laura has a warm and charismatic spirit and I felt immediately comfortable with her as if I had known her for a long time. I was blessed to find Laura and very thankful for her effectiveness and greatly improving my life. My time with her was a great experience and a huge success.
