She was Great as Nurse but horrible as communicator, she gave me her card “STATED you can contact me personally if you need too” I wrote her from my personal email, USF Portal Messenger & called several times and never get a Response back. BAD when it comes to wanting to Know your Next Step. Since my Appt in Nov still haven’t had Phone or got a Email back. What’s the purpose for Portals if they don’t write you back within 1 Week the MAX...

In all my 57 years, she by far is the best and most through physician extender I have met. Laura took the time to listen to me and helped to get better.
