I went to Laura for the first time yesterday. First, about an hour prior to my appointment she gave me a call to remind me of the appointment. I really appreciated that because with this clinic if you miss an appointment you cannot reschedule another one for a year! Second, she listened to all of my issues and she seemed caring and knowledgable. Third, she was very easy to talk to. She was not super strict and non-conversationable. I felt comfortable with her.
