This Rn makes empty promises she doesn't plan on keeping. She's forgetful, she couldn't remember to write scripts which led to extra appointments, referrals which is still unresolved and likes to point out multiple times your weight but has no solutions and doesn't listen to help solve issues that maybe be causing problems. Pointing out someone's weight once is fine over 10 times in 2 visits that are less then a week apart because she can't remember to do all she needs to do in one visit is a little much. But really the trust thing to me is big, being new to this town I am shocked at how this office treated me and my family. The staff is afraid of kids only way they could have handled my son is if he stayed completely still and didn't touch anything. My main issue is if you promise a patient care then you should follow through, especially if the patient is done all you asked. This office will hang you out to dry and basically tell you that its your problem not there's.
