When I called for an appointment in July 2022 I had to wait until December, 27, 2022. About 2 weeks before my December appointment I got a call saying that if I could come in right away they could take me in early. I was literally getting into my car as they called, so I said I would take it & I went straight to the appointment. When I arrived there was no one to check me in. After waiting a while they told me I was too late & could no longer have my appointment. I could hear in the background that there was some kind of emergency & they actually let somebody else take my appointment but they did not tell me the truth. When they refused to see me I asked for my December 27 appointment back & they told me they’d given it to someone else. No concern for me at all. They said they’d call me with any cancellations, of which they were getting daily. Today is March 20, 2023 & they haven’t called me one time, not for on appointment or to see how I am. Not caring!! ??Go in with eyes wide open!

I had a very good visit and very good experience when I went on my first visit with my NP Laura Finkbeiner. As a former health professional working in the Laboratory I dealt with many patients myself, and health professionals in different fields. I find her demeanor pleasant, professional, knowledgeable also a very caring person, and especially a very good listener towards me as a patient.
