Dr. Laura Eslinger, DNP

Dr. Eslinger was assigned to me when my normal doctor moved and didn't notify me. Dr. Eslinger and her nurse in Ankeny never checks prescription refills so I have to track them down for WEEKS to get something refilled. The nurse always says she'll call back, never does, and quite frankly never knows what is going on. I have never had so much bad luck with one location and she is my THIRD doctor there. Staff is rude, unprofessional, has poor communication skills and unreliable. My 2nd doctor at this location was amazing, but she moved out of state. Dr. Abels & Dr. Eslinger are very similar in that they and their staff are unreliable. The amount of times I've had to go to Walgreens for emergency doses of my medications because I can't get a hold of my dr. or nurse or they say they are going to refill then never do is over 7 times.

Laura is very professional and knowledgeable. Laura takes time to hear your questions/concerns. I am so thankful that I have Laura as my new primary health care provider. CK Urbandale
