Wish I could give zero stars
I had a horrible experience with Desiree. She came into the room like she was hyped up on speed and spoke faster than I could understand. She acted like I was stupid for asking normal questions about her diagnosis and plan of care. She fully did not address the problem offering one suggestion for care but didn’t even seem to support her own suggestion. And, on top of it all, as i was sitting on the examination table with no clothing on from the waste down she left the room and LEFT THE DOOR OPEN to the lobby!! Where there were numerous people!!

I have been seeing Desiree (Laura D.) for a number of years now. She's the BEST and most caring healthcare provider I've ever had. She never rushes me. She's always concerned about finding the right solutions for me and has been super supportive on my road towards wellness. I just wish she was closer to my home and not in the Embarcadero Center that charges so much for parking. But that's not her issue... it's mine.

Terrible experience.L. Desiree Dougherty is always available for appointments because her bedside manner is so poor. She misdiagnosed a throat condition that almost caused me to have long term effects, thankfully a medical specialist caught her mistake!
