Terrible. Her attitude towards clients is appalling. Her character does not reflect that one someone who should be in healthcare at all.

When my mom switched jobs, our new insurance no longer covered my sessions. I had no idea since It did not reflect when logging into the portal. Once I realized and reached out to Ms. Edwards via e-mail, explaining that it was not my intention to have not taken care of this sooner, I was met with ill remarks about my anxiety and passive aggression. She then cancelled all of my future appointments until my balance was handled, which makes sense, but what put me off was her reaction and comments towards me. I felt that was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional, and does not reflect the attitude of someone who should work in health care. I tried calling the office for 2 months straight afterwards with no answer. Months later when I did get a response I told the woman on the phone that I had been trying to get in contact with them and she had no idea what I was talking about, allegedly. The only good thing about the office was the therapist that I had, who no longer works here.

Latoya brings a real-life approach to all of the panels that she has served on for my organization. It's always great to work with her.

I really like La’Toya. I have been seeing her for over an year. She is honest, friendly, and fair. I love her holistic services as well. She does not sugarcoat with me which I can respect. I have recommended so many people to her!

I was not happy using this practice and Mrs. Edwards is rude, condescending, and uses shady tactics to get additional money from you.
