I have seen Mr. Carlson about three times; and my husband about five times. He has strong skills in cutting through to seeing what the real issues are. He will demonstrate the process of communication (for example) in a problem area - like with our son , discuss it with us and then we work on the skill.

He either was significantly late for or completely missed three appointments in a row and when I tried to contact him after the last time this happened he did not respond. then I get a bill in the mail from him and find out that when he said I would be covered he was lying or misinformed. Then when I try to contact him to get this problem resolved he is not available for me to talk to
