Prescribed twice wrong glasses prescription with 2 different lenses. take your hard earned $ elsewhere

Did Not Fill Out Entire Prescription
He only filled out Distance RT & LT (Sphere, Cylinder, Axis) and P.D. and left the rest blank, which precluded me from buying progressives, which is what I wanted. I was charged full price for the eye exam and only received half the information.

I was treated with respect and all questions answered to my satisfaction. He was pleasant and did not make me feel like I was taking up his time like another dr. did. The prescription was perfect and I have a complicated vision with both eyes being very different. I was very satisfied.
