In my previous visit Ms. Valdez prescribed a medication and recommended dietary changes regarding what I ate and when I ate. Those changes resulted in less stomach pain and increased awareness of foods that aggravated my condition. I find Ms. Valdez to be very knowledgeable, professional and and sincerely interested in my well-being. She answers questions and is an excellent listener. I highly recommend her to all.
