Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. I took my daughter in on a Sunday for urgent care. He did not listen to our concerns and arrogantly dismissed us. I had to take my daughter in the next day to her pediatrician who did take her illness seriously. Total waste of time and money.

Unbelievable this guy still has a license. As a licensed healthcare professional, I sent my 21 yo daughter in while I was out of town to be checked for severe headache and other symptoms mimicking chicken pox. He blurted out, right after walking in, before doing a thorough assessment “it’s not chicken pox!” He nonchalantly mentioned the clinic has recently seen other patients with similar symptoms. He did not order a varicella test as he should have. He did not give her a work release to be excused for her food service job. Varicella is an airborne disease. The next day she had red spots everywhere. I told her to go back to urgent care for a work release. He did not give one to her, and insisted her condition was not an airborne communicable illness. The next day after work I took her to an MD at IHC urgent care he confirmed chicken pox and he gave her a work release. I was so upset by this negligence for the public that I reported this NP to DOPL! He needs his licensed revoked! We als

It seemed to be a hassle for him to see my son. He did not care to see children at all. Then I made a well check up for my son. His staff called me the day before his appointment and said he wont and dose not like the medicaid chip. He will take medicaid but really doesn't want to. He should inform his whole staff about his dislike in insurance and save me the time and hassle. Not everyone as a single parent can afford normal health insurance and he should not be so judgmental to single parents that do. But just like his staff told me. He is the doctor and could do what he wants. I hope no one ever goes to him with his horrible practice in family medicine. If I could give him zero stars I would.

We arrived on Nov 30th at our scheduled time only to find Dr Christensen gone home. His receptionist Valarie tried to say we were late and when we corrected her she said: "Well he (Lane) is the Dr and he can do whatever he wants." We were shocked. It might be because we looked like poor immigrants with no influence. Which is sad because we did our research and wanted a young up coming Dr as our growing family Dr.

If I could shout this from a mountain top, I probably would. I have battled depression for quite some time going up and down with phases of severity. Lane Christensen is the first provider I ever felt comfortable enough to go to and be real and open about my struggles and concerns with. He is one of the most compassionate human beings I have ever met, and I always know when I am struggling, I can go to him and trust that he will know exactly what to try next. He is the best of the best.
