Dr. Zimmerman missed THREE scheduled appointments - with no notice! I have had a very hard year after losing my father, struggling with depression, and other issues that I was hopeful to work through in therapy; It took me me months to get enough courage to seek therapy and be vulnerable. This office is poorly managed, their voicemail is nearly always full - especially after reading the other reviews here, I encourage you to seek a psychologist or therapist that is more concerned with customer service, the patient care you receive, and that will be respectful of your time.

I’m a veteran suffering from debilitating PTSD, every day I think about ending my life to escape this hell I have to endure every waking second…I went to Dr. Zimmerman for help but he told me to come back when I can afford better health insurance, then gave me the number to some Blue Cross salesman. If I wasn’t in such a broken state of mind finding a high paying job so I can afford the good health insurance would be simple…but I am broken. Thank you Dr. Zimmerman, you’re a credit to your profes

Dr. Zimmerman seems delightful and easy going, but unfortunately I did not feel I got the services I hoped for. Understanding that psychology can take time, my longest appointment was maybe 30 minutes and it was strictly questionnaire based. When I tried talking or venting, I felt rushed because a yes or no, or scale number (1-5) answer was expected. I felt that this could have been completed the first day, but after three appointments of doing the same and being pawned off to his trainee.
