This nurse is the most unprofessional, please look for another place,I waited almost a whole month for my 3 kids to see this woman and they call 1 hour before appointment arrival to let me know she has an emergency and for reschedule I have to wait 2 more months unbelievable definitely the worst

If I could give a lower rating than one star, I would. When I visited Ms. Thompson as a new patient, I was so happy. I thought I found a medical provider that cared. After an ER visit, I needed medical assistance from my primary care provider. Unfortunately, unless Orlando Health has set up your access to their computer system, you don't exist. I have been literally bed-ridden. I have made multiple phone calls to Ms. Thompson. I have been promised return calls which did not occur. I am angry that Lacie Thompson and Orlando Health ignore their patients.

My mother recently moved to Orlando to be near my family so we could help support her taking care of my father with dementia. She had not taken the time to establish with a provider because everything has been about my father. After an accidental fall at her home, we found she broke her shoulder in two places and was being told that she really needed to get surgery to repair the break. On the out chance that I could get someone to accept my mother as a new patient and get her in for a visit in order to evaluate her and determine if she was a surgery candidate, I contacted the office and was told that they would see my mother. I have never been so impressed and thankful for such a kind, caring and wonderful staff. They helped to take care of everything for my mother including an exam and lab work in order to allow us to move forward with the surgery. I highly recommend this team and Lacie Thompson was fabulous.
