Dr. Laci Le, AUD

I had several unsuccessful attempts regarding testing and hearing aids. I made an appointment with Dr. Le. After a lengthy and thorough hearing evaluation another appointment was made to go over the results and her recommendations. I knew I desperately needed hearing aids but I didn’t make it easy for Dr. Le. I had made up my mind about what I wanted and didn’t want. Due to Dr. Le being so calm, patient, and professional, she was able to get me to where I needed to be. I learned so much about the loss of hearing that day. She is also a great teacher. I have only been wearing my hearing aids for a couple of months but thanks to Dr. Le I am making great progress. I could have never made this journey without her. She makes every effort for her her clients to get where they need to be. My daughter and I have so much respect and gratitude for Dr. Le and her Administrative Assistant Blanca Alvarez.
