I had a terrible rash on my back and went for a referral to a dermatologist. She refused to give a referral even though she admitted that she didn't know what the rash was. She said she would have to try to treat it herself first. After MONTHS of living with this horribly itchy rash that no cream she gave me fixed, she finally gave me a referral and the derm said it was fungal and within days it was gone. She also let me believe she was a Dr! I'd say"hello Dr" and she never corrected me!?

Worst experience ever! Nurse practitioner Lacheisa Bell was so passive aggressive and made me feel so uncomfortable to the point that I spoke with her boss because I wasn't getting any of my needs met. She totally disregarded every detail I would tell her about my body. I refuse to see her again and I will be changing doctors and locations. She is currently at Valley Community Healthcare in North Hollywood.
