Dr. Kyle Kravetz, OD

I just took my 89-year-old sister to Dr Kyle kravitz. Half hour ride from my home. Her appointment was at 2:40 and we arrived at 2:51. Due to a traffic jam as his office is perhaps 10 minutes from the beach. Also two full dump trucks in front of us who never went over 43 miles an hour in a 50 mile an hour zone. Life happens! They refuse to see her. They wanted us to reschedule. I explained she was 89, had just recovered from corneal ulcer treatment for a year, and was there to finally get glasses to be able to read again clearly. She's obviously very slow and walking with a walker. They could see she had difficulty making it even to the desk. They insisted she could not be seen. My husband and I both go there and always wait for an appointment. What doctor in his right mind has a policy that turns away 89-year-old woman
