I appreciate Kyle taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why he was highly recommended. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from the start

He literally told my Daughter that he couldn’t help her, because he didn’t know what to do. He is a LICENSED NURSE PRACTITIONER practicing, and he can’t help her?!?! He also never returned calls to us, and the pharmacy about refills, which is what they are supposed to do, until you find a new NP, or psychiatrist. Completely ignored our calls, and the pharmacy calls to him. Very Rude, Inconsiderate, and Plain Rotten to tell my Daughter that!!! Anyone can be helped, if they have a compassionate, and professional Doctor, or Nurse Practitioner!! Which Kyle definitely IS NOT!!!!!!!!!!
