Very passive aggressive, dismissive of health
Telehealth
TRIED a virtual visit, he ended up being the doctor to take it, before I could finish my first sentence of the call explaining what was wrong with my infant, he rolled his eyes and asked me what is wrong..first essentia doctor I ran into ever being so rude and dismissive, especially in a time of urgency and care needed for a child. We ended up calling nurse online which concluded to recommending to go the emergency room. After seeing his reviews, I don’t see why he would be doing any patient care if he doesn’t want to do his job of directing patients, so rude and will be reporting to the hospital. This is the first time in 15 years finding a doctor I couldn’t talk to at essentia.

Did not acknowledge the patient
My daughter has special needs and we had a virtual visit with this provider. He did not even acknowledge her on the call. He is useful for getting a prescription if you already know what you need, I guess.
