I didn’t actually get to see him. Whoever is scheduling the patients should really be ashamed of themselves. I called and was told I needed a referral. I called my drs office, they faxed a referral. I called the following week to see if the referral was received and dr brickners office said it hadn’t been. I called my drs office again and they told me they would fax is again and that it had been sent. I called the following week and they still had no received my referral. My nurse finally called herself and explained that this would be the third time she had faxed the referral, they told her dr brickner was not accepting new patients. Why have I waited 3 weeks total just to be told he was not accepting new patients? I was willing to wait for an appt but this is just idiotic. There is a reason I was calling so to have to go through all of this just sucks.
