The check in process took longer and was FAR more involved than the 10 seconds (literally) she spent looking at my eyes. The entire appointment, she was busy trying to just fill out the form on her computer. Instead of listening to anything I was saying while describing my symptoms and the problems I was having, she instead started telling ME what my symptoms were, writing down inaccurate things in her digital form. Zero respect, zero listening, zero investigating the problem, zero reason to give any further business.
