She is very caring.
She priest me for coming in to see her after having difficulty with my new glasses. She and her staff did a fantastic job, asking me questions and clarifying the problems I’ve been having. They were all very friendly and I could tell they were wanting to help.

Positive, reassuring, experienced. Answered my questions an and suggested even though she provided me with a script, I could try OTC readers and told me what numbers I should try to see what looks best!
