Terrible therapy. Not a safe space. Never met with any resolution or helped solve any arising issue.

Kristy has turned my daughter's life completely around. She struggled with low self-esteem, anxiety and depression due to bullying. Kristy was able to gain her trust and work with her on a deeper level than anyone else. As her parent's, we were provided guidance as to how to respond to our child's panic attacks and anxiety in a healthy way. She also directed us on how to approach the school that our daughter attended regarding these issues. I could go on and on. I have personally referred a few people to her.
