I have been seeing Kristy for a few months now. I have had nothing but a great experience with her. For the longest time I was misdiagnosed or feeling like I didn’t really know what was wrong with me. My doctor referred me to Sahara Psychiatry and luckily I was pared with her! She took the time to listen to me (which is few and far between with providers now days) and does what she thinks will work best for me and so far it has been life changing! I finally feel like I have control of my life!
