Wouldn't listen to me, NO bedside manner
Didn't listen to my concerns, totally ignored the reason for my visit, kept insisting the wrong location of my pain and that I had symptoms where i did not, would not listen to me. Would not ask me questions about my symptoms & pain. Offered NO help. More concerned about subjecting me to tests that are unrelated to the issue i visited for. Again, ignored me basically. Talked over me. Brought up every scan and test available as 'preventative' that the insurance would cover, instead of digging into my NOW symptoms and actually trying to help me with a chronic condition i have dealt with for more than a decade. When I refused a mammogram (UNRELATED TO MY CONCERNS-REASON FOR VISIT) & refused a flu shot, well it was then hurry up and get me out the door. Its a big NO for me. Waste of a copay. I didn't need to 'establish' care, I needed a doctor to go over my symptoms and provide help & solutions. Insurance paying for 'preventative' tests does nothing for a chronic condition of the NOW.

Very thorough and educational to myself and my husband. We have both had near death experiences and she had followed through with the upmost care and referrals to the expertise we needed for further care. Thank you Kristle.

This office needs to brush up on their customer service skills. Professional Training isn't that expensive. I would highly recommend some. Zero Stars for this place.
