You need to teach your front desk person who answers the phone specifically Jennifer, who doesn't seem to have much training on how to handle patients whether new or old. She was not very helpful, very rude and is in the wrong job. Let her know that the patients who come to the doctor's office are the ones what pays her salary. Without patients no one has a job.

Dr.Olafasson was hired through Brevard Public School to terminate my employment with the School District. He appeared to be unorganized and he was extremely late to the appointment. He was not familar with the. Woodcock Johnson. He is a doctor to help terminate employment.

Very unhappy with him. He would not give us a chance to speak and spoke to us as if we were children, yet we are both adults. He spent so little time with us, yet wanted to prescribe powerful medicines. Definitely do not recommend him.

In our opinion, this could be a great doctor for you if; you don't want a doctor that will listen to anything you have to say, you enjoy a doctor who speaks down to you because of his 20 years in the practice, or you want a doctor that is quick to push medicine. Obviously, we did not care for his dismissive attitude towards the questions we asked him in a paid follow-up session. Huge waste of money, and very frustrated with his unwillingness to recognize that every patient is different and you should not take a one-size fits all approach.

This practice does not provide adequate care to pediatric patients. The process is very "turn and burn". Do not let the fact that they may take your insurance sway you. Look elsewhere.
